The Addy Grace Foundation (AGF) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Our mission is to help build relationships and be a source of encouragement to families affected by SMA. We are here to help until THE cure is found!

- SMA is a motor neuron disease
- The motor neurons affect the voluntary muscles that are used for activities such as crawling, walking, head and neck control and swallowing
- 1 in 6000 babies born are affected by SMA
- 1 in 40 Americans are genetic carriers
- Currently there is no treatment or cure for SMA
